Piano rental formalities are very simple

RENTAL FORMALITIES

RENTING PIANO IS VERY SIMPLE

  • 1 Minimum size for YAMAHA is 148cm (W) x 54cm (D) x 108cm (H).
  • 2 Contract period as mimimum 1 year.
  • 3 Prepaid the rent for the first year.
  • 4 NO deposit. No transportation charge. Free tuning. Free warranty.
  • 5 No deposit required for showing HKID card.
  • 6 No transportation fee will be charged. (Stair steps charge excluded)
  • 7 Repairing and maintenance responsibilities will be provided by our company.
  • 8 Free once tuning during each wholely rental year.
  • 9 Accessories as heater, bench and keyboard cover will be freely provided by our company.
  • 10 Free upgrade to adjustable bench.
  • 11 Delivery will be completed within a week.
  • 12 If rent to buy, part of rental fee will be refunded.
  • 13 Piano just for private usage only. Must not be used for commercial or educational.


A YEAR AFTER

Here are three options available after the lease expires

SITUATION 1 RENTAL EXTEND
Payment by every three months

SITUATION 2 RENT TO BUY
Half of the rent payment = Rental rebate
Rental rebate may use for a part of
piano payment or may choose
either brand new piano or second hand piano

e.g.: $300 X 12 months / 2 = $ 1800 Rental Rebate

SITUATION 3 NOT RENEW
Please contact our staff, we will arrange
staff members to regain the piano

A Piano rental will be at least a year.
e.g.
For YAMAHA model C108, the rent will be $300 /month
Free delivery fee 
(except the transportation require taking up staircase)
Total fee: $300 x 12 months  = $3600


Please show your HKID card, for free deposit.
